If you’ve been vaping for a long time, you may know but if not then E-liquid is a thick liquid that may contain aroma and nicotine, which was specially developed for e-cigarettes. Your e-cigarette turns the e-liquid into inhalable vapor.
The cbd vape juice contains four ingredients, which we will go into in more detail later. But that’s essentially what is meant by e-liquid. They generate steam and release nicotine when wanted.
While e-liquid may seem complex at first, it’s actually pretty straightforward. There are several ingredients and each one has a different role to play. As already mentioned, our e-liquid consists of four substances:
- Propylenglykol (PG)
- Vegetable glycerine (VG)
- Aroma
- Nicotine
What are these ingredients used for?
Propylene Glycol (PG) – This is one of the two bases in our e-liquid. As known, each ingredient has a different role. PG is there to dilute your e-liquid and make it a little more fluid. It also carries the flavors in your e-liquid and is responsible for the throat hit you experience when you inhale the vapor.
Vegetable Glycerin (VG) – This is the second base. It’s slightly thicker than PG and is responsible for a slight sweetness in your e-liquid and for the clouds of vapor that appear when you inhale and exhale the vaping.
Nicotine – This is an optional ingredient as you can also vape nicotine-free. But when nicotine is added, different strengths are available. There is a limit to the strength of nicotine we can offer based on our TRPR regulations. So this nicotine strength will be between 0.0% (0mg / ml) and 2.0% (20mg / ml).
Aroma – The aroma is added to your e-liquid so that you can taste the aroma when you vape it. There are hundreds of flavors and they can be single flavors or complex mixtures of different flavors.
The bottom line is that e-liquid won’t work without an e-cigarette. They are one of the key components of a “steam kit”.
While many electronic cigarettes look very different, they all basically work the same way. E-cigs consist of three main components. A battery, a tank and inside the tank there is an evaporator head.
The battery is the body and the atomizer head is the heart of your e-cigarette. Depending on which coil you use, your vaping experience can change. Also when deciding which e-liquid to choose. Your atomizer head has to harmonize with your e-liquid.
